Revenue Operator provides lead-generation and energy cost-analysis services. We help commercial operators request energy savings analyses, which are prepared by our independent energy solutions partner. 2. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Energy assessment data — when you request a savings analysis: 12 months of utility bills and usage data, equipment and facility inventory, hours of operation, and a site list. This data may include facility-level operational detail.
  • Communications — messages, emails, and notes from calls or meetings with us.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring page.
  • Campaign source data — the page you opted in from and any UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign), used to understand where requests come from.
  • Cookies — small files used to operate the site and measure traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

3. How we use your information

  • To prepare and deliver your energy savings estimate and, if you proceed, an exact engineered quote.
  • To contact you about your request, schedule calls, and manage your engagement.
  • To operate, secure, and improve our site and services.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

Any savings figures we share before a full engineering review are illustrative estimates, subject to engineering review. The exact, guaranteed figure is provided by our energy partner after their analysis.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to deliver the service:

Documents you submit (including utility bills and facility information) are stored in our Google Workspace environment, including Google Drive. We restrict access to team members who need it to deliver your analysis.

Calls and video meetings (for example, via Google Meet) may be recorded and transcribed to capture details accurately. We will notify you and obtain consent before recording.
